Managing a herd of 20 older therapy horses with various soundness issues can be a challenge. Darcie has been able to add her talent of massage to our regular care regiments. I purchased a horse that worked on a ranch his whole life roping, dragging calves to the fire, etc. His body was lop-sided and out of balance from roping the same direction over and over. His cowboy owner could not get this horse to take the right lead.
